The Comfy Cow was founded in 2009 here in Louisville, KY. We are focused on creating and producing one-of-a-kind, super-premium ice cream with the finest ingredients.

The Home Away From Home
We position ourselves to give back to our community. Our first step was to create a space of peace and respite for our guests. As we say on our promotional in-store materials, “May this space be your home away from home.”
The Local Ice Cream Shop
We attempt to always be local, no matter the location. We designed our scoop shop with the local community in mind. We push for neighborhood hiring and, of course, all of our ingredients are fair trade and locally sourced as much as possible.
