Stop by The Comfy Cow this Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and meet the cast of CenterStage’s “The Wizard of Oz.” Bring the kids (don’t forget your camera) to meet Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tinman and Cowardly Lion. We have asked the Wicked Witch to stay home. She probably doesn’t like ice cream anyway.
“The Wizard of Oz” runs from March 11–28 at the Jewish Community Center, 3600 Dutchman’s Lane. Ticket and show time information is available from the Jewish Community of Louisville Web site.
Starting Friday February 12th and continuing through Valentine’s Day, we’ll be introducing four new chocolates for your tasting pleasure. In addition to our Signature Chocolate and their Chocolate ”Brownie Points” which are currently on the menu, you can enjoy a free sample of Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, Chocolate Covered Strawberry, and Chocolate Moooooooooose. We’ll be open until 10:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, and on Valentine’s Day.
[Update: The cat's out of the bag. The secret Survivor will be Benjamin "Coach" Wade.]
If you’re a fan of “Survivor” then you’ll want to be at The Comfy Cow next Friday at 6:00 p.m. One of the contestants from CBS’s “Survivor—Heroes vs. Villains” will stop by the shop, but we can’t say which one it will be. It’s a surprise. Bring your cameras too because with a donation of $2 or more to the U of L Women’s Golf program or any purchase at The Comfy Cow you can take your picture with the mystery survivor! Also U of L’s new football coach Charlie Strong is coming out to meet the fans.

Trick or Treat at the Village was a huge success, despite the downpour. We handed out what seemed like thousands of Moo Moos and gallons of hot chocolate. We loved meeting everyone, especially the kids in their Halloween costumes.
As part of the Trick or Treat in the Village celebration, Terry Meiners of Good Morning Kentuckiana came out to Westport Village this morning. Guess who was there?
Here are this week’s featured flavors. Good news for fans of Vermont Maple Walnut. It’s been moved to Signature Flavors section which means it will always be offered.
