The are out of Ohio but close to KY. The have great milk as well as half and half and whipping cream. they are not huge so I am not sure if they would be of help but it is a great grass fed hormone free option if they would. Is the dairy that you source rBGH and hormone free? What about antibiotics used on the cows? The main question is the type of conditions the dairy cows are raised in as this plays a large part in the environmental impact of the dairy production. The mix comes from Illinois...we were unable to find a product locally that would meet our standards and actually, no dairy in Kentucky that produced an ice cream mix. It is not organic.
